Weight loss for seniors seems to be a big problem. Just take a look around a busy shopping mall and you’ll see what I mean. Most of us over 60 are carrying extra weight we don’t need and don’t want. Diets are a dime a dozen and everywhere we look but we still need more, is the answer another diet?
